The listening sessions are a warm-up before two films that both have music as a central element, whether in form or in content: BLKNWS: Terms & Conditions on Thursday 8 October and Once Upon a Time in Harlem on Friday 9 October.
The concept is inspired by the Japanese listening tradition of jazz kissa and is presented together with Axel Haugen of Kampen Vinyl, a dedicated jazz record shop in Kampen, Oslo.
