Ola Fløttum is a Norwegian musician and composer. He has been a member of the bands The White Birch and Salvatore, and has composed film scores for movies such as Reprise, Oslo, 31. august, Turist, Mot naturen, and Thelma. Reprise won the award for Best Film Music at the Angers Film Festival in 2007. For his work on the music for Thelma he won both Kanonprisen in 2017 and the Amanda Award in 2018 in the category of Best Film Music. He was also nominated for Kanonprisen in 2006 for his music in Reprise, for the Amanda in 2022 for The Worst Person in the World, and for Ellos Eatnu – Let the River Live 2023.
After moving from music to film in 1989, Gisle Tveito has constantly been exploring the potential of film sound. His curiosity and dedication has resulted in a long list of fruitful collaborations and numerous awards, including the Aamot award for outstanding contribution to Norwegian film.
